以合成高分子聚合物改性沥青为涂盖层，聚脂无纺布（PY）或玻纤毡（G）为胎体，聚乙烯膜、铝薄膜、砂粒、彩砂、页岩片等材料为覆面材料制成可卷曲的片状防水材料。

高聚物改性沥青卷材具有纵横向拉力大、延伸率好、韧性强、耐低温、耐老化、耐紫外线、耐温差变化、自愈力粘合等优良性能。
