1.石油沥青纸胎油毡中的原纸质量下降。50年代的原纸中废旧布浆含量较多，并含有一定数量的粗毛，而现在多用废纸和草浆，使油毡的拉伸强度降低，延伸率减小，含水率增加，质量下降。
